How safe is Herbal life products for toddlers? one of my family member is asking me to give herbal life Dino shake for my son. Also, I came across a women who is a wellness coach and she said that she had given dino shake to her 15 days old infant using her breast milk.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It’s better to avoid any such supplements and instead focus on giving a healthy and nutritious diet comprising of all food groups like cereals pulses nuts seasonal fruits and vegetables milk and milk products and add desi ghee in meals
