How often should i feed my 3 month old baby.??

Delcon drops are good for 2months baby for cough and cold .
doctor gave this during 1month baby, now can I continue this drops because baby is having stuffed nose and cough with mucus.
but after giving this drops baby fall into sleep from morning to evening is it normal.
