A. Every baby is different and so as their development milestones. Ideally, a weight gain of 140-200 gms per week in the initial months is considered healthy and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. But, again it depends on the feeding patterns and physical activities of the baby. So, keep feeding fully and frequently.
