Please don't weigh the baby on monthly basis but do it in every 4-6 months dear. Active babies Tend to have lower side weight.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Do massage daily. Give more weight gaining food like paneer oats mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree ghee in dal cheese eggs etc
