Q.

My baby is 1 year old…she is 8.5 kg…is it ok?…how much weight she should increase monthly now?

A. Well every month we look at it we expect the child to gain 500 g minimum and it is said that if the child is three times of the birthweight or 10 kg whatever is on the higher side is taken into consideration for a healthy weight gain so right now your child is little less on that I suggest you to kindly give more of proteins and if required consult your doctor also
