ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, on an average baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. Baby should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
