how much water should we add for 1 cup of avin blue packet milk for 2year old baby..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. half cup of water is fine for 2 year old boy. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it 8s not necessary to dilute the milk and give and you can be giving your child full cream cow's milk directly now since the child is 2 years old and is absolutely safe to be giving it directly for the child whivh is not a problem and ay concern then check with your doctor
