A. 1ounce that approximately, 30ml initial water required After 6 month complete you can start wnaleaning your child with simple foods that are prepared at home or cerelac, nestum kind of Pre- prepared boaby foods. At that time you can also start giving water but it is always preferable to avoid using salt sugar and honey till 1 year. Continue breastfeeding the baby but you should make sure that you are either giving breastfeed or formula Milk but not animal milk before 1 year.
