how much time should we keep the new born baby for sunlight

yes ,it is best for them to provide them sunlight
it keeps cold and cough infection away
it also helps in Healthy bones and muscles
so give it atleast 20 minutes a day
but avoid harsh sunlight
give it around 8 or 9 o'clock in morning
