how much time do teeth take to come back again after baby tooth falling ?? As my son's 2 lateral incisors fell 4 months back ..but no sign of new comings till now...

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the teeth
