How much quantity of external milk is sufficient for 1.6 year old child. What are the drawbacks of giving excess milk.

A. Babies above one year old will not need any more milk than 500ml. So u can give a total milk intake upto 500ml per day split into two or three feeds. Anything more than this can fill the the baby's tummy and the child may start resisting other foods.
