how much quantity of cow milk should be given in the starting ? and also can i use Amul brand milk?

Total dairy includes milk, curd, buttermilk, or any other form of dairy. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. You can give any milk that suits your child’s nutritional needs and digestion.
