Q.

my daughter completed one year ..... when should i start outside i. e normal cow or amul cow packet milk.... please suggest and how much quantity?

A. after 1 year of age Cows milk or buffalo s milk can be given from 1 year of age till then it's advisable to get ve breast milk or formula feed you can also add sugar or dry fruit powder in the milk after 1 year
