You can just take 5 to 10 peanuts in a day that is more than enough because sometimes it create gastric issues. And babies digestion totally depends on mothers diet. So you have to maintain a proper diet. And mother’s milk is sufficient for baby so there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old
