how much of Ranbaxy azax syrup should I give to my 7 month old baby for the sound she was making while feeding and sleeping

No I will not recommended to go ahead with her because if your child is making some sound does not mean that you can go ahead with giving medicine to stop that sound it is not correct so please talk to your doctor regarding this if you have any kind of a doubt associated a doctor would be able to clear it for you
