A. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day. avoid raw milk.

A. If you are introducing cow milk for the first time, dilute it with water as it is difficult to digest as compared to breastmilk Or formula milk. A 1.3 years old baby should have 550-650 ml milk or atleast 3 times a day alongwith variety of foods made from it like oats, milkshakes with dry fruits, curd, buttermilk, kheer, paneer, tofu, etc.
