how much makhana can we offer to 21 month old in a day?

A. hi, Yes you can give fist ful of it, it is good snack..just roast in ghee..it is loaded with protein and fibre, it keep the digestive system healthy and prevents the problem of constipation, gas etc. Makes the bones strong.

A. If your child knows how to chew the food properly then you can give it in small pieces otherwise you can crush it properly and that is but you can offer to the child you can try it with them and then you can add some Desi ghee and salt and pepper to it as you can actually go ahead with giving fox nuts Kheer to the child that’s also good optionWrite Your Answer Here
