Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a 5 months old baby can be in between 4 kgs to 6 kgs. It also depends on baby hereditary. So do not worry if baby is on the lower side of weight. Yo must feed your baby regularly and if he urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated.
