How much food should be given to a 7-month-old baby?

A. hi dear typically have 2-3 solid meals a day, in addition to breast milk or formula feedings. A meal might be as small as a tablespoon or two, or as much as 4-6 ounces of food, depending on the baby's needs .

A. Of course not you should give as per as your child’s demand there is no problem 15 to 20 is just precautionary that I am suggesting minimum size side it could be more than that of course

A. We expect at least 15 to 20 teaspoons at one time could be more than that also depending upon how well is your child accepting the food that you are giving to the child as there is no fixed amount of food suggested
