Q.

How much clothing is enough for a newborn baby to protect from winters? Currently We keep him in room only, and fear that the clothing is too much for him and he might get irritated due to this but also fear for him to catch cold. So quite confused due to this. Thanks.

A. as per comfort. it is is very important to cover the child well during winter. whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally. complete the vaccination of the child on time
