how much breastmilk should we feed for 4 months old baby he is 6kg 700 grams for every 2 to 3 hours?

A. Dear mum, you need not feed every 2 to 3 hours. Feed your baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. Your child’s weight is absolutely normal.
