how can I store my breastmilk for 2-3 hours

A. at normal room temperature of around 25 degree Celsius you can store the breast milk for at least 4 hours and if you are storing the milk in the refrigerator you can store the milk for 24 hours

A. Hello dear parent! Take an air tight container to store your breastmilk after expressing. Sterilise it well before and after using. Expressed breastmilk will stay good for 2 hours in normal temperature and 4 to 5 hours when refrigerated. Do not heat or boil breastmilk. Good luck and take care.
