ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Let the baby decide the quantity. Do not force feed or distraction feed.. Give two major meals and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

Hi mommy Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
