how much amount of water I should start for 6 month old baby ? should I rub him with gram flour for removing extra facial hair ?

Water should be at least hundred ML in a day that you can give to the child can be more than that also of course this is the minimal amount that I am suggesting you to use and I would not recommend this kind of scrub as it can lead to rashes on skin skin is very sensitive right now
