Q.

how much a 6 year should eat for proper growth and development? is it like 4 to 5 meals in a day with how much protein, carbs and fat? Also suggest what should he eat specially after swimming session of 1 hour? please assist. thankyou!

A. hi mom yes its fine 4 to 5 meals as per babies demands can give good sustainable carbs before swimming, like banana, dates stay safe
