How many times potty is common for a newborn with in a day?

A. The important thing is the consistency of the stool so if it is semi solid to solid do not worry about the frequency of stool passage by the child. It can vary from once in 10 days also and somdetimes maybe around 6 to 7 times per day also. If the consistency of the stool is hard then only you have to visit the doctor. the crying as well as irritability is mainly due to colic pain and not due to constipation. s
