how many times a 1.5 month baby( breastfeed) should poop? my baby poops 5/6 times per day..is it normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. a if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (thez colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool. also straining while passing urine and stool is normal. Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes it is very very normal and a lot of cases it could be more than this also but till the time it is not extremely lose motion you do not have to worry about the things are completely normal as per the current age of your child
