ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should feed your 4 months old baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. Let baby guide the feeding process. Exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed.
