how many polio drops does a child have take and till what age?

A. till 5 years of age pulse polio immunization is extra dosage irrespective of the vaccination schedule as well as the vaccination that is been given to the child. it is advisable that you get the child vaccinated for polio if the child is not having any type of fever at present. simple cough and cold is not a contraindication for polio drops. it is usually available at any government centre that is primary and centre or urban health centre

A. I think it is every six months and you should take it up till the age of five years because it’s very important that you do not miss on polio drops and also you can get polio vaccination done from your doctor as that is also going to give a protection to the child
