How many months of rest is ideal after delivery

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. after delivery you should take total bed rest for at least one month and after that you can do or your normal activities but very limited and try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping to maintain good health
