RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am A minimum of three meals is recommended to be given breakfast lunch and dinner and if you feel like you can give an evening snack also and a minimum of one fruit on an every day basis. If apart from that you have enough time then you should give milk at least 4 to 5 times in a day as that’s mostly recommended
