How many hours i can store my pumped milk ,do I have to refrigerate, Do I have to keep in any particular bottle or vessel , is there a type

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 days agoA. dear mum , expressed breastmilk stays good at room temp < = 25 °c for 4 hr and at higher temperature for 2 hrs. in fridge stays good at 4 °c or below for 4 days , keep in inner shelf not door clean labelled airtight container like glass or breastmilk storage pouches after taking out from fridge dont heat directly but bring at room temp by keeping milk in a container and then keep it in a vessel of warm water

Oh you can on room temperature storage for 60 to 70 minutes and if you’re willing to use it for a longer time then of course you have to put it in fridge or deep freezer according to your usage and then you have to feed your child according to the need and demand
