RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. 5 You can about approximately give five almonds to your child on an every day basis how do you want to give it that is completely your choice whether you want to soak them are you want to make a paste out of them or you just want to make a powder And then you can add it to the mail so the choice is completely yours
