How long will it take to normalise mensturation after delivery ?

A. mostly six months. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as wellsee postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially

A. Well that would completely depend as to when did it start and what is the situation right now for initial six months could be little difficult but if you face much of a problem you should immediately consult a gynaecologist because things can be very well and controlled with medication
