Q.
How long we are supposed to wait to shave down there after c-sec delivery. It’s been 3 months after delivery how long it takes to heal can I shave now? Or should I wait

There is no harm in shaving that area but you should not bend because that will put extra pressure on your abdomen and that might make you prone for incisional hernia.
