How long it takes for the first tooth .. my baby is 10 month.. but no sign of teething

A. it is fine that baby is 10months and no teeth yet as teething will be around 6-15months.. you can start with calc phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething, calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effect as teething fever loose motion green stool....
