Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further assistance. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
