ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Maximum seven days. give only breastmilk till completion of six months as it contains right amount of water and fat for Lil infants. mother should strictly avoid spicy and oily food and stay hydrated

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. for period of four days it is completely normal that the child is not passing motion beyond that definitely should not wait you should get some suppository done to make sure that the baby is able to get relief
