Maam if you are physically fit and you are ready to have another pregnancy then you can go for it see it is totally on your mindset how much mentally and physically you are ready to have another child because by the time you deliver this one would be almost 2 1/2 years so it’s going to be a challenge to bring to small kids together so if you are ready then go for it
