how I will know that my milk is sufficient to my baby. if I pump it after waking up on one side I'm getting 50 ml milk

A. Hi mom if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your feed is sufficient for the baby. Take care and all the best
