how I can gain my son's weight, he is under weight

A. dear Mum, for healthy weight gain, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.

A. You just have to focus upon a balanced nutrition diet where you should try and include each and everything that you traditionally making at home for your entire family and more of proteins are definitely going to be beneficial for a growing child
