If you notice the diaper getting too tight around the waist or leaving marks on the thighs, it’s a good sign to move to the next size. I personally use R for Rabbit Feather Diapers, they have clear weight guidelines on the pack, and the fit is very soft and flexible, so it’s easier to know when to size up.
