how do we get to know my kid is anemic or not without doing blood test?? Is there any sign and symptoms to recognise?

A. see his eyes n palm. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
