How do I make sure that my daughter is not anaemic ?

A. give diet rich in iron like a Ragi pomegranate etc give a very balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet . . . . . . . . .

A. hi if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything. but if your child has low appetite, become irritabile , looks pale or dull and feel lethargic etc then it indicates that your child has iron deficiency
