how do i know my breast feeding is sufficient for my baby or she remains hungry

A. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet. g

A. as a mother it is really a concern that I am producing enough milk for baby if baby has pee count around 6-8 times and sleep well it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
