prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables .
offer more liquid and fruits

If your child is full for a minimum of two hours after taking a feeding from you then that is good enough along with that you have to see how well is your child gaining weight if your child is picking up about a minimum of 4 to 500 g that means your child is gaining enough with the breastfeedingWrite Your Answer Here
