#AskTheExpert my baby is not getting enough breastmilk I'm giving him formula what can I do for getting enough milk?

A. You can try Himalaya Shatavari that will help you in lactation. Also you can use breast pump as if you'll be dependent on formula milk then automatically in coming time you'll be having less productivity of milk. So it's better to breastfeed or use a breast pump (It'll take a week to get proper supply even with a pump). You need to follow a pumping routine.

A. You can take support of lactation supplement Juger increase the content of liquid into your daily diet it could be anything which is healthy along with that all kind of lentils and good amount of proteins whether the vegetarian or non-vegetarian and fibre rich diet should help
