how do I know if my daughters growth is appropriate for her age. she will be 10 in April but her weight is only 29 kg. her height is also short compared to other kids. will she grow. since kids notice and comment even family. we have told her to ignore.

hanging exercises, swimming
add protein cereal whole grain milk and dairy milk in baby diet
height will depend on the average height of family members
