Q.
I am mom of 10 years old girl .. my daughter’s height and health is not appropriate to her age .. please suggest what should I add in her diet for her proper growth?

See sometimes with a 10 year old child when you do not see proper growth could be due to hormonal displacement also been the hormones do not secret properly as per the age that they should be then you can face this problem I would suggest you to consult your doctor regarding this issue
