Q.

how can we make children eat fruits when they are not willing to? is it safe to give fruits in the form of shakes? if yes, what about the daily sugar intake?

A. Hello mom fruits as k ke. Are very much beneficial for the overall health .....you can give in various forms such as fresh fruits milk shakes , fruit yougurt of mix fruits with fresh cream , juices , fruit custard etc . The total sugar intake not more than 2 to 4 tsp .. would recommend use of jaggery instead of using refined white sugar
